Alta Crystal Resort is the perfect winter getaway. It’s so beautiful here in the winter that it will take your breath away. The minute you turn into our drive, you’re surrounded by 150-foot tall frees. Mist rises from the pool and hot tub. Christmas lights beckon a warm welcome. Slowly the stress starts to melt away.

Sink into our heated pool and hot tub. We’re Crystal's only lodging with both. We keep our pool at 90 degrees all through the winter so it’s warm in the water even when it's cold out. Throw a snowball or build a snowman in our recreation field. Play ping pong or foosball in our recreation lodge. Snowshoe or hike through miles of trails in the national forest just outside your door. Take pictures of elk, elk and more elk. Come to a ski movie on Friday nights and get charged up for your weekend on the slopes. Relax with s'mores or a glass of wine at one of our Saturday night bonfires. We even have activities every night during the holidays to make things just a little more special.

Families and couples alike love the fact that we’re so convenient for skiing (we’re just about a 10-minute drive from the slopes) but, at the end of the day, you’re a little away from the hustle and bustle at the hill -- no snowplows, buses or partiers -- so it’s a safe place for kids to play and a nice quiet place for couples to get back in touch with each other.
